Life Changers offers an educational program to overweight adults interested in nutrition and weight control. Our weekly seminars, based on the latest research studies, thoroughly explore the basic factors contributing to overweight. These factors include: physical predisposition, decreasing physical activity, improper food selection and preparation, traumatic experiences and emotional dependence on food. The seminars are designed to educate, to encourage the development of positive attitudes and to train people in self-motivation techniques.
